The friendly staff provided excellent assistance while the daily room cleaning kept everything spotless. The central location made it easy to explore, but I occasionally heard noise from neighboring guests.

The room I stayed in was larger than it looked in the photos, very clean, and had great modern amenities. The bed offered a comfy sleep, and I appreciated the availability of basic toiletries. Staff communication was a bit challenging since they mostly spoke Spanish, but they were helpful when I reached out. The hostel's location was excellent, just a few minutes from the metro station and nearby bakeries. Unfortunately, I could hear noise from the guests in neighboring rooms and footsteps outside, which disrupted my sleep at times. The air conditioning was controlled by the staff and only worked for four hours at a time. Despite these issues, the overall cleanliness and convenience were nice.

the marvellous location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from main square. the staff was amiable in managing every request. my room was quiet with ac, private bathroom, for example, really enjoyed it.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location

The staff must let you in the door, the only problem is that half of the time there is no one there to let you in. Very frustrating so you must wait for another guest to come out so that you can get back in. The staff is not very accommodating and they do not speak any language other than Spanish. I would not stay here again

Staying in the Standard Single Room was a disaster! I was constantly disturbed by the noise from neighboring rooms and the creaking wooden floors. The bathroom had no door separating it from the bedroom, made privacy impossible. I could hear alarms going off and even conversations outside my room. It reminded me of a comedy of errors rather than a restful getaway!

Positive, I loved the excellent location and friendly staff! The room was small but had everything I needed, including free wifi, a TV, a fridge, air-conditioning, and an amazing shower. Check-in was super easy, and they even stored my luggage after checkout. Perfect for a solo traveler 😊

The location is Ok- in the center and near the main station . it's better if the staff speak a little english, not only spanish. The rooms are too small and dark.

Smallish beds, noisy plumbing, hard pillow

Rooms were small, bordering on cramped, especially for two people. Sound isolation proved to be a real issue. Noises from the reception area and the hall echoed directly into the room, leading to disturbances at all hours, notably from the doorbell and other guests. The cleaning staff's timing wasn't handled well, as they often knocked even with a 'Do Not Disturb' sign up.

Had a great time overall! The information center in Plaza Mayor was very helpful for a lot of information on important sites around the area. The hostal was great and the staff was excellent but didn't speak english. Bathroom was very nice to have in the room however we wish we would've had a kitchenette or have been able to use their kitchen. great location overall. By great clubs and right in the thick of all the touristy stuff. Would stay here again.
